Trigger Point Therapy is one of the most effective techniques you can have to free up discomfort. Our muscles can become overworked and consequently develop muscle knots or (trigger points) these trigger points can then radiate pain and discomfort. Trigger point therapy looks to breakdown these areas of muscle disfunction and remove the pain they induce.

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a disorder arising from a problem in the inner ear. Symptoms are repeated, brief periods of vertigo with movement, that is, of a spinning sensation upon changes in the position of the head. This can occur with turning in bed or changing position. BPPV is one of the most common reasons for experiencing vertigo. The causes of BPPV can often be traced to small crystals in the inner ear that have become dislodged and migrate to the inner ear canals that are sensitive to balance. The Epley Manoeuvre is a highly effective treatment that relocates the crystals in the inner ear that are causing vertigo and restores normal function to the balance centres of the inner ear.
